The prices above apply per week, regardless of the number of people. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. In addition, we charge a one-off fee of 175 euros per stay (so regardless of the length of the stay) for cleaning, and a one-off 20 euros per person for laundering bed linen, hand towels & bath towels. An 8 kg washing machine is available. Lightning-fast wifi is included in the price, as is electricity for normal use in the summer months. In that case 40 kWh/day is included, which is more than enough for normal use of air conditioning, oven, fridge, freezer, TV and so on.

In the winter months electricity is charged separately (0,35 ct/kWh). This is settled afterwards against the deposit, on the basis of the consumption as measured by the ‘smart meter’ of Iberdrola Distribucion.

Arrival, departure and discounts

There is no compulsory Saturday-to-Saturday stay: that only leads to unnecessary congestion. At Villa Arbolada you are welcome any day! On the day of arrival the house is in principle available between 15:00 and 20:00. On the day of departure the house must be handed back by 11:00 at the latest. Outside the summer and winter season it is also possible to book for a shorter period (min. 3 days), or indeed a long period at a reduced rate. See the calendar for the exact prices per night for a non-standard stay. If you would like to stay longer than a week, we reward your confidence (outside high season) with an extra discount:

• Second week = 10% discount
• Third week = 20% discount
• Fourth week = 30% discount

How can I book?

You can book Villa Arbolada directly through the calendar on this page. Your dates are then blocked on the calendar immediately and you receive from us a link to your personal Guest page, with the invoice among other things. During booking we ask you to make a payment (or deposit), via Ideal or Bancontact. As soon as we have received your deposit you get the confirmation that your booking is definite.

If you book this way we do not have to pass on any commission, so you pay nothing more than the price stated above! On placing the booking you agree to our Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully. The compulsory deposit is of course refunded afterwards, unless there are costs to be settled.

It is also possible to book through well-known booking sites such as Airbnb, Micazu or VRBO. There you can use those platforms’ payment systems, but you do pay extra commission for it. Sometimes that commission is charged directly to the guest, usually to the owner as well. In the latter case you see that commission back in the higher price on that platform. If you found us through a direct link (or through platforms without their own payment system, such as 123visit.nl) and have not yet made a reservation elsewhere, you are best off using the calendar above on this page.

We are unfortunately unable to cancel existing bookings on Airbnb, VRBO or Micazu.

We pay our taxes properly and also hold the necessary permits for tourist rental. We also have an Etiqueta Energetica: E2017VK052264. The cadastral reference is 6840101YH5964S0001UI.
