The above prices are per week, regardless of the number of persons. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons. We also charge a fee of 150 euros per stay (i.e. regardless the duration of the stay) for cleaning. Bed linen, towels & bath towels cost 12,50 euro’s per person.
Super fast wifi is included in the price, as is electricity for normal use in the summer months. Then 40 kWh/day is included, which is more than enough for normal consumption of air conditioning, oven, refrigerator, freezer, TV, etc.
In the winter months, the electricity is charged separately (0.35 ct/kWh). This will be settled with the deposit afterwards, based on the consumption as measured by the ‘smart meter’ of Iberdrola Distribucion.
There is no mandatory Saturday-Saturday stay: that will only lead to unnecessary congestion. At Villa Arbolada you are welcome every day! On the day of arrival, the house is available from 15:00. On the day of departure, the house must be returned no later than 11:00 a.m. Outside the summer season it is also possible to book for a shorter period (min. 3 days), or for a longer period at a reduced rate. See the calendar for the exact prices per night for non-standard stays. If you want to stay longer than a week, we will reward your trust (outside the high season) with an extra discount:
- Second week = 10% discount
- Third week = 20% discount
- Fourth week = 30% discount
Although most facilities (kitchen, balcony, bedroom and bathroom) are located on the upper floor, unfortunately the house is not ideal for disabled people in wheelchairs. This is because several stairs have to be overcome at the entrance.
How can I book?
You can book Villa Arbolada directly via the calendar on this page. Your dates will then be immediately reserved on the calendar and you will receive an invoice from us. As soon as we have received your deposit on our account, you will receive confirmation that your booking is final.
If you make your booking in this way we do not have to charge any commission, so therefore you pay nothing more than the price stated above. By paying the first deposit you will automatically agree to our General Terms and Conditions, so please read those before. The deposit will of course be refunded afterwards, unless there are costs to be settled.
It is also possible to book through well-known booking sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor. There you can use the payment systems of those platforms, but you pay extra commission for that. Sometimes the commission is charged directly to the tenant, usually also to the landlord. In the latter case, you will see that commission reflected in the higher price on that platform. Unfortunately, Micazu has decided to make its pricing structure more like the ‘big boys’, forcing us to increase our prices on the Micazu platform as well.
